Casus Belli 2 is a strategy game close to RISK in its rules, it is also an improvement of Casus Belli.
The game does not change the general functioning of the original game, but it improves on many points.

- The capital game mode has been added: each player gets a capital at the beginning of the game. If
they lose it, they
lose all their provinces.
- Many maps have been added thanks to a simplification of their generation, allowing players to
choose between ten maps
for their game.
- A main menu has been added in order to choose the number of players, the game mode and the map.
- Visual elements like an arrow showing the direction of an attack have been added.
- A player now has the possibility to surrender if they wishes.
